The role

We’re excited to be partnering with a rapidly scaling FinTech—a true disruptor in their space—on their search for a Senior Manager or Director of Total Rewards. Backed by ongoing global expansion (both organically and through acquisition), this is a rare opportunity to help architect and scale a compensation infrastructure from the ground up.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to leave a lasting imprint on a company’s global reward philosophy.


Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, you’ll drive the end-to-end compensation cycle, support M&A integration, build scalable frameworks, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and equity in compensation practices.


Summary of the role and key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, global Total Rewards strategy with an emphasis on broad-based compensation.
  • Build and own the end-to-end year-end comp cycle—merit, bonus, and promotion planning—partnering with business leaders and Finance.
  • Design and roll out job architecture frameworks and career leveling to support growth and transparency.
  • Drive due diligence and harmonization efforts across newly acquired entities to ensure consistent comp practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external comp and benefits vendors, including benchmarking and market data partners.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits laws globally.
  • Use HRIS and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Looker) to inform strategic decisions through data storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to align comp strategies with organizational goals.


Key skills required

  • 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • Deep experience managing broad-based compensation programs and leading annual comp cycles.
  • Proven ability to design and roll out job architecture and scalable comp frameworks.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools and HRIS platforms.
  • Confident communicator and stakeholder manager who brings clarity, structure, and energy to every project.
  • Bonus points for M&A exposure and/or global comp harmonization.


Compensation: 175K base Bonus Equity (TC 250 – 300) Hybrid in office (3-days)
