Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech, engineering, and corporate teams, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while conducting thorough assessments.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Bring your understanding of financial services and passion for technology to connect talent with transformative roles.
What Makes You Successful in This Role
- 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technology or financial services.
- A proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting with tight timelines.
- A passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $140K–$175K Bonus Equity (flexibility for the right candidate)
Location: Downtown NYC (WTC) – Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
