HR Business Partner

We are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturing organisation in North America to hire an HR Leader for their Statesville, North Carolina, production and manufacturing plant.

About the Role :

• This is a senior individual contributor position, directly supporting business and site leaders.
• A strategic role with the potential to grow into a people leadership position.
• Involves working in a complex, fast-paced, unionized environment.
• Fully onsite position with a strong relocation package.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a solid background in large-scale manufacturing organizations. The role requires expertise in compensation, benefits, training and development, talent review and succession planning, resource planning, and associate relations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strengths in crisis and change management. This role involves assessing organizational needs, collaborating with business unit leaders, anticipating long-term HR trends, and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to propose corrective actions aligned with business objectives.

To be successful in this role you should be able to build a strong executive presence and foster effective associate relations

Key Requirements :

Compensation : $90k - 110k / year
