- Individual contributor role within a newly established department.
- Reports directly to the Regional HR Director and works closely with the Corporate Planning Division.
- Operates in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days onsite.
Additionally, the Analyst will use predictive modeling to forecast workforce needs and track key metrics to evaluate the success of workforce strategies. They will also provide guidance on organizational design, offering recommendations to optimize team structures and productivity.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
- Experience with HRIS is required (Oracle is a plus), and familiarity with workforce planning tools like R or Python is also a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
