Our client is a global professional services firm seeking a Payroll Manager to support their U.S. offices, with closer to 600 employees.
Key Highlights:
- Newly created role
- Reporting to the Director of Finance
- Managing a Senior Payroll Specialist
- Overseeing payroll across multiple states (e.g., Boston, New York, Washington D.C., California, Houston, Florida)
- Ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefit administration
- Providing reporting and support for payroll and benefits inquiries
Key Requirements:
- CPP certification
- 5 years of U.S. payroll experience; benefit administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in payroll software; UKG Pro experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data uploading, exporting, and comparing)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation: $120-150k base
Hybrid: 3 days in the office 2 days WFH
