Elliott Tool Technologies is seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to help elevate our brand, support sales efforts, and communicate our value to customers through engaging, high-impact design and messaging. Your Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will:
- Drive visibility and product engagement by developing and executing bold inbound and outbound marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness and accelerate product adoption.
- Bring ideas to life visually by designing and producing standout marketing materials across web, print, email, photography, and video platforms.
- Lead the charge on social media by crafting and managing content strategies that elevate our brand voice, showcase company culture, and foster community engagement.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to create high-impact internal selling tools, compelling training materials, and engaging event content that supports the customer journey.
- Leverage top-tier tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics to deliver strategic, data-informed design and messaging.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, expertly juggling multiple priorities and delivering polished work.
- Play a key role in visual storytelling through catalog design, directing photography, and shaping internal communications that inform and inspire.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (Associate Degree considered with strong experience).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (required) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and visual communications.
- Portfolio showcasing both copy and design work across digital and print.
- Experience developing content for campaigns (web, social, email, ads).
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B/industrial marketing, SEO, CRM/marketing automation, Final Cut Pro, and photo/video editing.
