- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively market our products and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and HIPAA compliance to provide informed advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or retail sales environments.
