As a Charity Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with donors, partner organizations, and local communities. The Charity Customer Service Representative helps manage accounts and expand our charitable network, ensuring that our mission continues to thrive. Working closely with our leadership team, the Charity Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in executing strategies that align with our values and objectives.
Charity Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors and partners.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating fundraising campaigns and community events.
- Communicate our mission and impact through informative presentations to diverse audiences regarding our non-profit clients.
- Manage a portfolio of donor and non-profit partner accounts, ensuring contributions are tracked.
- Collaborate with fellow Charity Customer Service Representatives to enhance donor satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development and execution of presentations to attract potential donors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-profit organizations.
Charity Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service representative role
- Familiarity with fundraising principles, donor engagement, and non-profit operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong passion for social impact and charity work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
