We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Director of Operations for our fast-growing beauty company! The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, take initiative to complete tasks and is comfortable interfacing with both internal departments and third-party accounting support. About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to oversee our organization's operations. This role is pivotal for this organization's high growth trajectory. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights, direct responsibility and oversight of day to day operations, as well as provide coaching to employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations both domestic and potentially in foreign markets like Canada and UK.
- Lead day to day operations including keyperson for 3pl relationships.
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
- To take immediate ownership of leading and optimizing all aspects of operations and supply chain
- Identify and attract top-notch talent to build a solid leadership team, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive the business forward.
- Tackle operational challenges head-on, utilizing your expertise to implement efficient and effective solutions.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountability for all functions of the business through effective management of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years' of experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Extensive experience with beauty operations.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, ideally with experience in handling durable goods sourced from international markets.
- Foundational knowledge of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the beauty industry.
- Proven experience setting and overseeing high-level growth company operations.
- Bonus if you have experience implementing business operating systems from scratch.

- Salary range $150,000-$195,000 with the potential for equity for the right candidate. Note, the actual salary is highly dependent on the candidate's qualifications.
