Ellis Home and Garden in Beaumont has an immediate opening for a Retail Key Holder. We are a family owned and operated company that offers flexible scheduling in a great atmosphere with competitive pay. We are looking for hard-working, energetic, and dependable people to join our team. The candidate must be highly organized and able to multi-task at all times.
Job Description: Primary job functions will be to learn the day-to-day operations of our store. This will include, but is not limited to: providing excellent customer service at all times, loading/unloading plants/merchandise, cashiering, opening & closing the store, maintaining store Purchase Orders, stocking/pricing merchandise, keeping accurate inventory levels at all times, assisting customers with purchases, answering any questions that customers may have, following all safety procedures, and maintaining a clean & organized work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Retail management/key holder experience required
- Cash handling skills
- Experience with Inventory Management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Greenhouse/plant knowledge a plus
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
