What you will be doing :
As a Senior Salesforce Developer at EP, you'll oversee making sure our systems dont just workthey work beautifully, for everyone. From our clients to our Porters, you'll help us build a platform that feels intuitive, human, and easy to use.
Heres what your day-to-day will look like :
- Lead the charge in evolving our Case Management System , making it even better at supporting our team and delivering top-notch service to our clients. Its all about keeping things smooth and client-focused.
- Work closely with the people who matter mostour team and our clients. Youll translate their needs into smart, user-friendly solutions on Salesforce that help everyone succeed.
- Design and build custom features that feel tailor-made for the way we workwhether its new workflows, custom objects, or automations that make life easier.
- Connect Salesforce with other systems that make our jobs easier , from CRMs to other systems of record and beyondcreating a seamless experience that feels effortless.
- Keep security top of mind , but always with ease of use. Youll set up access controls that protect sensitive data while still being user-friendly.
- Lead the charge on data migration , making sure we carry over whats important from legacy systems without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and workflows to support business processes.
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to enhance client interactions.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
Assist in data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Management, IT, Finance, Legal teams and external Salesforce implementation stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
Skills and Qualifications :
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
