Purpose:
Seal Out are responsible for ensuring final product packaging is correctly labeled and palletized pursuant to the customer’s specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings
- Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs
- Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year
- Clean production equipment following established Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s)
- Ensure daily paperwork is completed
- Ensure packing set up is correct
- Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner
- Assist other areas of production as needed
- Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees
- Welcome all new team members and train as assigned
- Immediately report any and all food safety and quality problems to management

Skills/Work Experience Needed:
- Must be able to understand and follow direction and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in the English language (Required)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)
