- Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper implementation of policies.
- Assist with monthly results, forecasts, and budgeting.
- Prepare financial analyses for business performance.
- Improve reporting and forecasting processes.
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- 2 years in variance analysis and reporting.
- 2 years in corporate accounting or finance.
- 2 years of Excel and financial modeling experience.
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial statements.
- Adept in dynamic business environments.
