Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct audits, manage clinical programs, and assist with staff education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
- Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
