Day-to-Day
- Researching ownership records, market data, and industry trends
- Prospecting new client relationships and expanding referral networks
- Attending networking events and industry conferences
- Preparing and delivering marketing proposals to potential clients
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements with property owners
- Marketing exclusive listings and structuring investment sales transactions
- Advising clients on market strategies and investment opportunities
