You will administer the company’s IT systems by provisioning, installing, configuring, operating and maintaining hardware, software and related infrastructure (including PCs, servers and telecommunication platforms). You will also ensure system availability for all users with minimal downtime and resolves or escalates PC, phone, network and server issues. Additionally, you will work with the Operations team to maintain documentation regarding configuration of servers, networks, and internal processes.

Responsibilities
- Assists Service Desk with tier 3 support/provides tier 1 infrastructure support
- Investigates user incidents, performs diagnostics, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves or escalates network and system problems across departments and locations per Service Level Agreements
- Monitors and responds to system alerts to ensure continuous operation of production systems
- Investigates security alerts for unauthorized access, cyber threats and malware
- Performs user account management duties such as on-boarding / off-boardings, manages user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Serves as part of the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Qualifications
- 1 Years of Experience in an IT Support Role
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Computer Science or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent
- IT Industry Certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA preferred
- Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure
- Hypervisors including VMware
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Active Directory
