Responsibilities
- Develops and implements reports and analytical tools to enhance financial reporting and analyzes Corporate, Business Unit (BU) and Global financial results against plan, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Partners with Corporate leaders and BU finance teams to develop the Annual Operating Plan and forecasts, coordinates and verifies accuracy of AOP/forecast submissions, while standardizing and enhancing AOP/forecast templates to improve efficiency and alignment.
- Assists finance teams with use of and drives enhancements in global consolidation system.
- Supports strategic planning, M&A and Board of Directors financial processes, including collaborating with financial teams and business executives across the organization on financial modeling, due diligence, and establishing/maintaining key performance indicators.
- Conducts peer/market benchmark analyses and other ad-hoc reporting to provide competitive insights and identify opportunities for improvement to upper management, including commercial and operational teams.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related function.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or comparable experience.
- 2 years of public accounting experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) consolidation software preferred along with excellent experience in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and interpret financial trends in the context of organizational goals both at a detailed and high level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build strong internal relationships
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to perform advanced data analyses a plus
- Very strong accuracy and attention to detail with hands-on approach to completing work
- Able to maintain a strong understanding of financial regulations, US GAAP, industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance
