The role of the Food Service Worker is to prepare food for
the patient and cafeteria consumption. Additionally, this position is
responsible for pre-prep work, including salads, entrees, vegetables, starches,
gravies, and desserts; setting up carts for patient meal delivery, preparing
and sending snacks to all patients with a snack order, assisting with daily clean-up after meals,
and on-going cleaning maintenance within the department.
