Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is looking for a full-time Wound Care/Provider Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide coverage in both Wound Care and the Rural Health Clinic. This role will assist providers in delivering exceptional patient care by working two days in Wound Care and two days in the Clinic with an assigned provider. As a key player in patient workflow, the Wound Care/Provider Nurse will support providers through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure top-quality care in a compassionate environment.

What You'll Do
- Wound Care Responsibilities Provide advanced wound care treatments, assess wounds, implement treatment plans, and educate patients on wound management.
- Clinic Responsibilities Support an assigned provider in patient workflow, conduct assessments, administer medications, and assist with in-clinic procedures.
- Educate & Advocate Provide patient education on wound healing, medication management, and overall health practices.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance Maintain accurate medical records, follow regulatory guidelines, and uphold ECMCs standards of excellence.
- Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with providers, medical staff, and patients to enhance clinic operations and patient experiences.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associates or bachelors degree from an accredited school of nursing required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in an acute care setting preferred

Certifications/Registrations:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas, CPR
