Ellsworth Farmers Exchange is looking for an experienced office associate.
Primary responsibility for this will be to assist office & accounting to include general office duties as needed. Handle customer service calls, enter orders, AP and AR input. Not limited to and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel and Microsoft suite of products. Personal initiative, good oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and team-player attitude required. Willing to train the right individual with the right aptitude & attitude. Pay is based on experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Summary
As an Office Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in computer literacy, organizational skills, and customer service to provide efficient office support. Qualifications:
- Prior Accounting experience is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
