As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You’ll lead by example, support the sales team, help train new hires, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional service to all clients and supporting team members to do the same
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Assisting with training, onboarding, and performance feedback
- Maintaining operational excellence and store cleanliness
- Participating in daily open/close procedures including securing merchandise and setting up displays
- Handling and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Supporting inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing efforts
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining customer profiles
- Helping to grow our client base through community engagement and clienteling
- Participating in ongoing learning through industry webinars, trainings, and events
Qualifications and Skills:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident leadership presence
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry required
- Ability to multitask, delegate, and prioritize
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Flexible schedule – must be able to work Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay commensurate with experience performance-based incentives
- 2 weeks paid vacation per year (during store closures); additional time negotiable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
