Ellumen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to become part of our diverse Agile team, providing support to the Navy Defense Health applications.
This program offers engineering, integration, and lifecycle support for TMIP and JOMIS medical applications. You will be responsible for leading an Agile team that focuses on cybersecurity, testing, training, fleet support, release management, and reporting. Our mission is the sustainment and modernization of clinical information systems to ensure secure data flow and privacy protection within integrated health IT systems, including client-server and custom web applications.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
- Managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
- Provide overall direction of program activities.
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
- Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee and be responsible for the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
- Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Secret or Top-Secret clearance (Active clearance preferred).
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred
- Ten (10) years of direct work experience with similar programs or projects.
- Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of information assurance or computer network defense programs.
- Supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
- Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
- individual shall have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures and
- individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
- Four (4) years as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects.
