This role serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the government CITAP Lead. The selected candidate must ensure seamless coordination, execution, and completion of project tasks while maintaining compliance with all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for the government CITAP Lead, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
- Oversee and manage all contractor work performed on CITAP, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including state, local, tribal, and territorial emergency management agencies, to support emergency management and homeland security initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate projects that require concurrence and collaboration among multiple parties.
- Manage multiple complex, time-sensitive support activities, including analysis, data collection, and reporting.
- Facilitate discussions, working groups, and events related to emergency management and homeland security.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and government regulations.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in emergency management and/or homeland security, working with state, local, tribal, and/or territorial emergency management agencies.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience collaborating with stakeholders on projects requiring coordination and concurrence of multiple parties.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical tasks simultaneously, including data collection and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating discussions, working groups, or events.
- Advanced degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with FEMA, DHS, or other federal emergency management agencies.
- Strong understanding of federal emergency management policies, programs, and operations.
