Job Summary :
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing and marketing activities across multiple residential communities. This role requires an individual with strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills who can manage leasing efforts across different properties while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Sales : Actively market and lease available units across multiple properties to meet occupancy goals.
- Customer Service : Provide prospective and current residents with exceptional leasing experiences, addressing inquiries, conducting tours, and assisting with the application process.
- Property Marketing : Implement leasing strategies, including digital and in-person marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community outreach.
- Administrative Duties : Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Multisite Coordination : Travel between assigned properties to conduct showings, manage leads, and support on-site leasing teams.
- Resident Relations : Foster strong tenant relationships by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and recommend pricing or promotional strategies.
- Reporting & Compliance : Maintain accurate leasing records, prepare reports, and adhere to company policies.
