**Job Summary:**
A well-established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join their TURN team in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience and a positive attitude. They will work closely with tenants to address repairs, assist other technicians as needed, and possess a solid understanding of apartment maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry. Experience in appliance repair is a plus. The candidate must be able to diagnose issues independently and should have their own tools, vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to work orders for necessary repairs.
- Collaborate directly with tenants to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Understand and prioritize 100% customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance work and turn teams.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues.
- Ownership of personal tools, vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- 5 years of direct experience in apartment maintenance.
- Able to perform all tasks related to the upkeep of apartments/buildings.
- Well versed in but not limited to electrical, plumbing and drywall repair.
**Schedule:**
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- On-call responsibilities once every nine days
