At ELM, We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our patient services department in Riverdale, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the patient services team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and streamline operations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and resolve any issues or concerns
• Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
