We are seeking a heavy equipment laborer to join our team. ELM is a mulch and aggregates manufacturer.
We are currently seeking someone who is dependable and willing to learn to join our team. This position would do just about anything that is asked with the potential of learning how to operate heavy equipment - front loader, excavator & skid steer. We will train!!! We are just looking for someone who wants to work and learn!

Work Location: In person
Duties:
- Assist in daily tasks of current employees - be a helper and actively learn the trade/industry
- Bag mulch and help customers load much into their vehicle
- Maintence of common areas
- With time - learn to load and unload materials using front loader & skid steer
- Assist with general construction tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
