- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting data-related issues, including data syncing, integration, and formatting.
- Provide guidance and assistance in setting up and troubleshooting widgets for our platform.
- Address login issues, including password resets and account recovery.
- Resolve billing inquiries, process payments, and handle billing discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product upgrades or downgrades, providing detailed information and assistance as needed.
- Provide technical support for WordPress website issues related to our IDX Home product, including theme compatibility, plugin configuration, and troubleshooting.
