Elma Electronic Inc. is the recognized leader in high quality component and systems manufacturing. We are a global company that designs and manufactures solutions for electronic packaging. We have an opening for a Press Operator/Packager in our Fremont, CA location.
Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment plus exceptional attention to detail and quality awareness.

Responsibilities include:
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, bills of materials, and assembly drawings
- Ability to use press fit tooling using manual Arbor Press machine and back-up plate to press connectors into PCB’s
- Assist manufacturing area to package finished products after final QC and prepare them for shipping

Preferred Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an electronic manufacturing environment
