Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and resident laundry are cleaned and laundered to the highest standards. This is a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold linens and laundry
- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect linens for stains or damages and treat them accordingly
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies
- Assist with delivering clean linens to various departments within the facility
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and techniques
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
Skills:
