Basic Responsibilities:
Receives, inspects, unloads, and stores all inbound packaging supplies and raw materials
Leads, develops, trains, and coaches the Receiving Team
Records and tracks inbound materials and inventory data
Enforces all regulations, policies, and procedures including safety & quality
Required Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years old
• Pass a drug screen
• High school graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance on site
• Attention to detail & ability to identify, evaluate and problem solve.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Reading, interpreting signs and short correspondence, documents, and memos.
• Basic math skills, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Computer skills including Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to read and write English and follow verbal and written instructions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, reach, crouch, crawl, use force, carry, & push/pull occasionally
• Ability to lift <50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity
• Ability to hear forklift horns and clearly speak the English language via radio
• Some areas require PPE & may cause occasional exposure to higher temperatures
