About the Role
The HVAC / Plumbing Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling, reception, and customer service tasks. You will use computer software, such as ServiceTitan, to manage appointments efficiently. In this highly collaborative role, you will interact with clients, sales representatives, installation technicians, and service technicians to ensure smooth operations and maximize client satisfaction. Fluency in English and Spanish would be advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming client calls and make outbound calls
- Dispatch sales, installation, and service calls
- Schedule appointments for prompt and convenient service
- Ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Install, and Technician teams
