Elmer's Home Service is Hiring : HVAC Residential Sales Technician

Elmer's Home Service is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Residential Sales Technician to join our growing company!! As an HVAC Residential Sales Technician, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch service to our residential customers and help them find the best HVAC solutions for their homes.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct sales calls to residential customers to assess their HVAC needs
  • Provide estimates and quotes for HVAC services and equipment
  • Recommend HVAC solutions based on customers' requirements and budget
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
  • Coordinate with installation team to schedule and oversee HVAC installations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in HVAC sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
  • Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
