Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring Full-time Residential HVAC Maintenance Technicians.
Our HVAC Maintenance Technicians provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our customers' heating and cooling systems, completing assigned preventative maintenance, and overseeing the work of our apprentices to ensure all work is performed correctly. This full-time position comes with the required occasional additional hours and outstanding benefits.

REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in field service residential setting
Valid Driver’s License
Current TDLR
EPA certified
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Ability to work 8am-8pm with alternating weekends
