About the Position
We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Residential HVAC Sales Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, educating them on the value of system upgrades or repairs, and effectively managing conflict resolution with clients and team members.
Job Functions
- Service all customer calls
- Communicate with dispatch to schedule and debrief customer database
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
- Ability to fix and diagnose systems on a more mechanically inclined level
- Educate the value of a new system upgrade and / or high-dollar repair
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients and fellow team members through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
