A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH
As a Dispatch, you arrive each day ready to lead your team in ensuring that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Most of your day is spent on the phone or computer. Your team receives incoming client calls, makes outbound calls, and dispatches sales, install, and service calls. Appointments are scheduled to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize time and mileage.
Your team maintains a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times while entering client information quickly and accurately. Under your excellent leadership, call center reps are inspired to reach goals, while providing proactive, reliable, and empathetic customer service. Your job is highly collaborative. In addition to our clients and your team, you enjoy interacting with the Sales, Install, and Technician teams. You feel good about ensuring that our business grows, clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHER
- Background in scheduling, reception, and customer service
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to learn and use ServiceTitan software (prior experience with it would be a definite plus)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
- Strong customer service skills
Specific dispatcher and call center experience would be preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
