A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER
As an HVAC General Manager / Operations Manager, you play a key role in our success. Each day, you come to work eager to communicate our vision to our employees and help them implement it into every call they make. Our goal is to continuously raise our standards of performance and customer service. You help us achieve that aim by training our staff, helping them grow their sales skills, and leading by your enthusiastic example. In addition, you serve as a go-to for our customers, resolving concerns and ensuring complete satisfaction.
As you manage our operations, you oversee a variety of areas. Among other duties, you manage our staff's workload, make a record of our inventory, and ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained. At times, you take a measure of our performance by generating reports and evaluating the data. Using a set of strategic performance indicators, you determine our trajectory and find solutions to help us maintain our momentum.
