A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALL MANAGER
In this installation management role, you lead a team of installers in completing various assigned jobs. Leading by example, you inspire your team to take pride in their work and produce quality results that leave our clients satisfied. Your organization skills come into play as you ensure that all materials for job costing/PO's are in place for analysis. With your coaching skills, each installer works hard and knows what they need to do to accomplish team goals!
HVAC INSTALL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years in residential HVAC
Former experience and Service Titan knowledge is preferred, but not required! Are you a self-motivated problem solver? Are you adaptable and work well under pressure? Can you prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Are you passionate about quality control? Are you clean and thorough throughout installations? If yes, you might be perfect for this management position!
HVAC INSTALL MANAGER WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time installer position works 7:30am - 8:00pm, 7 days a week. Management must be available to service customers and installers at any given time.
