Elmer's Home Services in DFW, TX is looking for an experienced HVAC Service - Warranty Technician to handle warranty-related work and a range of service calls every Monday - Friday between 8 AM - 8 PM with alternating weekends. This position earns industry-leading pay of $65,000 - $90,000/year and enjoys generous employer contributions on medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K. There are also more benefits in the making!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering.
- Handling all customer calls that include service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, second opinions, and estimates.
- Efficiently communicating with dispatch to schedule and debrief customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated information.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 3 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
- Valid TDLR, EPA, and driver's license
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan software
- Ability to follow Elmer's Training Processes and Procedures on every call - The Elmer's Way!
- Commitment to participating in all company-sponsored training classes
