THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SUPERVISOR - QUALITY CONTROL
YOUR ROLE:
As our Residential Plumbing Supervisor - Quality Control, you review the day's work orders, ensuring that your team is equipped and prepared. Overseeing multiple residential projects, you meticulously inspect plumbing installations, ensuring they adhere to local, state, and federal codes and exceed company standards. Your keen eye for detail lets you identify and correct deficiencies, coaching your team to uphold the highest quality. You conduct hands-on training sessions, updating your team on the latest techniques, safety protocols, and industry advancements. Throughout the day, you document your findings, generate reports, and collaborate with management to refine processes. As a leader, you foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and excellence, ensuring that every job is completed safely and to perfection.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalency, relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing are preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Journeyman plumbing License
- 5 years of experience in residential plumbing, 2 years in a supervisory or quality control role
- In-depth knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software for documentation and reporting
- Ability to climb ladders, access confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions
