Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, plumbing, and repair needs. WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THIS HVAC INSTALLATION COORDINATOR POSITION?
We're currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts, with flexible options to fit your life. Full-time team members typically work four 10-hour shifts per week, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you're looking for part-time work, weekend-only availability is an option.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a full- or part-time HVAC Installation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of every HVAC installation job. You'll coordinate all necessary materials and logistics-HVAC units, ductwork, IAQ products, and accessories-ensuring everything is up to code and ready for the install team. You'll handle permitting, inspections, warranties, and registrations, keeping projects on track and compliant. By following up on client leads and paving the way for a seamless process, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure customers and technicians alike have what they need. You'll work closely with our team and provide support whenever it's needed, helping to maintain the high level of service we're known for in the community.
