We’re currently looking for a detail-driven, curious, and process-minded team member to join our Home Office in a dual-role position: Accounts Payable & Sales Data Verification Clerk.

What You’ll Do:
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and code vendor invoices for payment.
- Enter and track A/P transactions accurately in our accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist with payment scheduling and processing.
- Support month-end close with relevant reporting and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors on payment inquiries and issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate records.
Sales Data Verification Responsibilities:
- Verify daily sales data from our point-of-sale system to our accounting software.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales tracking for all restaurant locations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in data.
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve data issues and improve accuracy.
Reception Duties:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Greet and assist Guests and visitors who come into the office.
- Provide general administrative support and help maintain a welcoming office environment.
We’d Love to See:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or similar administrative role (restaurant experience a plus!).
- A curious mindset—someone who asks “why,” seeks clarity, and loves improving systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general accounting software. (Bonus: Experience with Sage Intacct and Ottimate.)
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and collaboration abilities.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s in Accounting or related field preferred.
