Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of experience in a similar metals manufacturing environment. Additional qualifications include SPC Trained, Lean Manufacturing experience, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Key competencies include result orientation, customer orientation, analytical thinking, taking initiative, effective communication, teamwork, and self-confidence.
