We are currently seeking a caring and collaborative School Social Worker to join our team in a .6 FTE split position, serving both a Transition Center and an Elementary School. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support students across a wide developmental spectrum—from elementary age through young adulthood. Position Overview:
This position is scheduled for three days per week, with time split between the Transition Center (2 days per week) and the Elementary School (1 day or two half days). The School Social Worker will provide direct services, consultation, and advocacy to support student success, family engagement, and positive school climates.
