Job Summary | Responsible for recruitment/enrollment initiatives in an assigned territory. Specifically, informs, advises, and counsels prospective students, secondary schools, community colleges, and other organizations about Elmhurst University. The admission counselor will generate and convert prospects through the enrollment funnel by providing counseling through the recruitment cycle. Seeks opportunities for expanded recruitment contacts, participates in various recruiting events, and positively contributes to the attainment of new student enrollment goals. |
Salary Range | $44,000-$46,000. This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget. |

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements | Recruitment visits are performed using personal transportation, costs reimbursed. Ability to carry and lift display and promotional materials, approximately 50 pounds. |
