POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Design Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of various marketing projects and initiatives. This role combines project management with creative support, ensuring that marketing materials are organized, accessible, and aligned with brand objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while assisting with design and content creation.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with website management or splash page creation.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain efficient filing systems and track multiple projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of promotional item sourcing and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Manage project workflows, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
Support the procurement and distribution of marketing materials for internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are accessible and up to date for various projects.
Provide design support, assisting with the development of creative assets for both digital and print media.
Contribute to website updates and splash page creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Assist in research and management of the sourcing of promotional items, supporting gifting and event-related initiatives.
Assist in the creation and distribution of corporate event invitations, ensuring all communications are accurate and timely.
Assist in the management of external shipping logistics for marketing materials, ensuring on-time delivery to relevant parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals and strategies.
Continuously monitor and adjust project timelines and deliverables to optimize efficiency and impact.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, graphic design, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite
Website design experience a plus (Squarespace)
Photography experience a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
