Key responsibilities include diagnosing problems, completing repairs promptly, and communicating effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Additional requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience
- Effective communication skills
- Able to maintain the physical condition of the property
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required
- Able to accurately report all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working
- Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
