We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Consultant for a new lease up property. This is an Affordable Multi-Family property located in Harvest, AL that is currently under development. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively executing a successful lease up while also managing the day-to-day operations. As a Leasing Consultant, you will report to a Community Director who will provide guidance and support.
In this role, you will be the energy and brand of the community, responsible for assisting in managing the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, marketing, and teamwork. You will be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the property achieves its economic occupancy and total income goals by understanding financials and how your actions impact team strategy. Each Elmington community is a living, breathing corporation with income, expenses, debt, and a bottom line, which we expect you to help optimize.
