We have an exciting opportunity for a new graduate to join our team as a Construction Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will support project management responsibilities by utilizing construction fundamentals and Elmingon Construction's resources, standards, and processes.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- Upcoming or recent graduate of a university pursuing a degree in construction, engineering or related field
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Learns & understands Elmington's safety standards
- Learns project startup requirements and assists as needed
- Assists in updating of project schedule
- Assists in managing submittal process and material procurement
- Assists in managing RFI process and tracking log
- Assists in creating and managing other tracking logs such as concrete, stone, lumber, etc
- Assists in prioritizing and expediting material deliveries according to project schedule requirements
- Assists with financials of project including subcontractor PCOs, job cost reports, and vendor invoices
- Assists with job closeout tracking/documentation process
- Assists in taking meeting minutes for subcontractor and OAC meetings. Assists with the preparation and distribution of all meeting materials including the agenda, minutes, action items, etc
- Assists in project coordination meetings
- Learns EC policy and processes and demonstrates adherence to those processes
