POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager at Elmington Property Management plays a key role in driving our mission to enhance and grow the organization by overseeing and executing a variety of projects that contribute to the development and success of both employees and business operations. This individual will work cross functionally, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while aligning with the company's strategic goals and values. The Project Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to future projects.

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.

  • Identify potential project risks, including scheduling delays, budget overruns, and resource constraints.

  • Proactively address project challenges, adapting plans as necessary to keep the project on track.

  • Establish clear project timelines, setting deadlines for tasks and deliverables.

  • Schedule and lead regular team meetings to track progress and identify obstacles.

  • Document lessons learned and post-project reviews to improve future project management processes.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned


SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4 years of experience as a Project Manager

  • Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.)

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Frequently sit, stand, and walk
  • Regularly required to talk or hear

  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls

  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

  • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate
