POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager at Elmington Property Management plays a key role in driving our mission to enhance and grow the organization by overseeing and executing a variety of projects that contribute to the development and success of both employees and business operations. This individual will work cross functionally, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while aligning with the company's strategic goals and values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations.

Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to future projects.

Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.

Identify potential project risks, including scheduling delays, budget overruns, and resource constraints.

Proactively address project challenges, adapting plans as necessary to keep the project on track.

Establish clear project timelines, setting deadlines for tasks and deliverables.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

4 years of experience as a Project Manager

Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.)
-
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
